Did they meet at a plaza and come to an accord again?
It's going to be interesting what happens this time around because Japan holds such a stupendous amount of American bonds, and the whole western economy depends on the US not going into a major recession which would happen if Japan starts selling their bonds off. So far it looks like it's the Europeans who are getting fucked because the US dumping euros to buy more yen, and the EU is buying it up as well. |
