God damn the idiots or bots or shills on this sub never cease to amaze me. This shit is priced in when it first went through. This transaction is net neutral to GameStop.

The main takeaway is that the note holders WANT GAMESTOP SHARES. They don't want to be paid back in cash for the 0% loan. This was always the plan and expected. GameStop needs the cash for the eBay deal, they were never going to pay it back to clear the debt . EVER. The note holders would never agree to give GameStop the money without an agreement in place to get these shares. The fact that they want the shares now, makes me believe they see this eBay deal going through and know it's accretive.

To the simpletons, yes that means there are more shares. But the debt is off the books. Again. Net neutral. Again. Priced in already. Also this window for pricing includes Q2 earnings that are going to blow estimates out of the water. This was also intentional from Cohen in timing. People keep complaining that nothing is happening and wanting Cohen to do something. There's a lot of shit in play behind the scenes and it is being carefully orchestrated
