The former, imho. Plus capitalize the first letter and don't forget the apostrophe in Ironman's (however 'Ironman is' is better).

Basically you took an older joke and bungled the delivery with a sentence with as many errors as there are words.

I understand that misogynistic groups have been using the word out of context. But surly that doesn't preclude its use in mainstream English!

The joke cannot work without "female" though. (Fe being the chemical symbol for iron)
