I went down a rabbit hole after the reported CIA “Ghost Murmur” sensor allegedly located a downed U.S. airman in Iran by detecting his heartbeat. The heartbeat claim is unverified, but the underlying science is real: the heart generates a measurable magnetic field. That led me back to HeartMath, which has spent decades testing whether hearts can register one another, synchronize across pairs and groups and perhaps form larger collective fields. The strangest connection came from Jacques Vallée’s journals: he actually visited HeartMath in 1994. From there I looked at why contact literature so often returns to fear, love, balance and the “open heart.” HeartMath hasn’t proved electromagnetic heart-to-heart communication, but some of the surrounding science is much stranger than I expected. My question became: If anomalous contact is interactive, could the physiological state of the receiver change what can be received? |
