I'm 2 minutes into the archon quest and already get hit with the infamous white text on black background. Not a side quest, the archon quest. I don't even get to say goodbye to the Nodkrai cast, I just get told how warmly and great my farewell was.

I don't mind getting into the action fast, but the way they always cut corners and "tell, don't show" is quite embarrasing for such an anticipated patch and such a big money machine.
