!Seems like Zul'jan could not have accomplished anything if we didn't directly help him. I'm not entirely certain why we helped him, since it seems like we didn't have to. There was no urgency, no call to action; we were basically on break after the darkwell, when we decided to go support a rebellion against the very confederation of troll tribes we just created. It seems like our immediate concern should have been Xal'atath and wherever she went, so I don't know why the champion of azeroth decided to hard pivot into... I really don't know. We could have done nothing, and when it became clear that he intended to launch an outright rebellion against his sister, we didn't stop him. We just stood there and supported an insurrection against the confederation we made.

I don't know what's going on anymore, guys. I feel like a completely amoral monster that believes in nothing and will readily do anything I'm told, even stuff I'm not told; I'll kill and I'll kill and I'll kill, until I get AOTC, and I can tune out of the clown show for another season.

As an aside, I think the story of Loa Worship vs Self-Determination could have been interesting, cool, and fun. I'm personally on the side of self-determination, I freaking love mortals taking their fate in their own hands. Zul'jan didn't have to end up like this, we could have helped him; we could have helped by doing nothing at all, and at least then he'd just be lost and confused, and not a monster, like us.!<
