Feels more compelling to me. It’s not reinventing the wheel by any means but it’s kind of nice to have a villain story without weird emotional bits (ie; the arator/turalyon issue last patch that felt forced).

Also thought the haranir murals/memories helped flesh out the Ulatek situation. It all doesn’t feel as corny and the cinematics have been great. Pretty impressed.
