To preface this, I enjoy completing all archon quests, world quests and most character story quests, but I usually prefer collecting materials and exploring a bit first.

The start of the new area already forces you into a 40+ minute quest that you can't skip, especially if you're trying to get to the main city where you can begin collecting flowers for Odette. In nearly every other area you first encounter, there are a bunch of interruptions for other quests.

What's stopping them from releasing a Focused Exploration Mode that ignores all quest triggers? Players who don't care about quests aren't going to do them anyway and the players who do will still do them. It feels like all the current system does is annoy both parties.
