Two persons: "Hey little friend. What is your favorite game?" Being: "Of course, Pokemon mystery dungeon" One person: "What is that game?" Other person: "I don’t know, Pokemon have game with that name?" *Poof!* "What?" (Both got transformed)

I really have to try them some time

Explorers of Fortune is the most fleshed out iteration. Deeply reccomend the mod.

They're great games and I really enjoyed their stories when I first played them. They are way more immersive and captivating than the "normal" Pokemon games, I think. Plus, you get to be a cool Pokemon, who wouldn't want that?

Seems itemizer orb was there from the start, maybe I should really try the initial games. Even seems to use the original 151 pokemons

I don’t expect immersion since that never happens with games (or stories or movies) for me. I just play a character.
