I've been starting a new city after a long break and don't remember how it was in my old city. I have big reserves of oil and ore and already started an industrial plot on oil. Now I saw that the black marking beneath the buildings are completely gone so there seems to be no more oil but the buildings aren't complaining about missing resources yet. Do they just import the stuff from outside the city or is there still oil beneath the buildings that the game just doesn't show me? |
