Moroccanoil will no longer be sponsoring the Eurovision Song Contest from next year.

The Israeli brand had been a primary sponsor of Eurovision since 2019, the same year the contest took place in Tel Aviv.

However, on Thursday, organisers announced that the haircare company had pulled its sponsorship after six years.

“We can confirm that, after six successful years, Moroccanoil has chosen not to renew its sponsorship of the Eurovision Song Contest,” a Eurovision rep said, adding: “We wish Moroccanoil every success for the future.”

Hahahahahaha that shitheap program bent over and still lost the sponsor. Well deserved. Israel are nazis.

This is the type of action Eurovision understands. Financial action.

Not enough of the fans are going to stop watching, and none of the big country sponsors (in enough numbers) are going to stop participating. So there is no incentive to ban Israel from participating whilst they commit genocide to their neighbours.

Money talks.

But that's not why Moroccan oil pulled out. They are an Israeli company which has been accused of operating factories in occupied territory (I have never seen any proof of that though). So at best they are indifferent to the Palestinian struggle and at worst an active participant in the Israeli land grab.
