Hey, so we have a pricing window of 35 days vwap window. Now, the debt to equity holders has incentive to bring the price as low as they can to get more shares. Along with their intentions, shorts and discount buyers also want the shares lowered for cheaper covering and lower cost basis entry point.

However, who's to say that once the debt to equity is converted, that those debt to equity holders will sell? What if they're just amassing their positions?

In the meantime, shorts are just shorting and benefitting the debt to equity holders.

When all is said and done, sure it's DiLutIOn, but what if the debt to equity holders just hold long term. Outlook of GameStop earnings is crazy high and we are no way declaring bankruptcy.

Short thesis is thrown out the window. This cost basis is way below all insider averages too.

Edit: this post is bullish for GameStop, so all you haters are just noise. πŸ’ŽπŸ€²πŸ¦πŸš€πŸŒ•
