Does anyone know how these "techy" UI indicators work?

I've been wanting to replicate this ux/ui I see often in games for a while, the labels which seemingly draw indicator lines to a 3d object's position. I've struggled googling this because I have no idea what this specific thing is called. If anyone could inform me what these things are and/or tell me how to replicate them in godot, that'd be amazing! thanks!
