Looking for building recommendations, asking for a relative who is looking for 1-bed condo/apartment in a high rise building. They have looked at online reviews but many mention frequent fire alarms, dirty facilities, or strict rules.

max rent $3000 USD, but looking for cheaper
working in Brickell but looking for a 1-bed place about 20 min commute by public transport (and ideally this would help them find a place <$3000)
grocery store nearby
easy access to activities would be ideal (sports activities or restaurants).
