I’ve successfully degoogled and de-Appled myself and I now am fully self host Immich, Vaultwarden, Jellyfin and pihole and cancelled a lot of my subscriptions. It feels great but I worry what would happen to all my data/passwords/configurations if I were to die and my family can’t access anything. If I give them access, they would probably be confused, and if I wrote the passwords down (written, email), it would defeat the whole cloud security purpose of a server. What do you do as a fail safe for your non tech family? |
