A picture of an overlay that autoplays media. The x that would close the pop-up has its own semi-transparent overlay labelled "Ad Choices". Clicking the x instead sends you to a page explaining how to customize ads that are served to you.

All I want to do is not get media played when I don't want it. And I already block ads. But this #$&@ thing blocks the x that would close the media.

When I see shit like this, I click the X a little further up at the top of the tab which closes the whole tab and then I never go back because fuck complacent and/or incompetent developers.
