I want to set up a weekly buy of $100 of ETH. What is the cheapest option? Gemini has a1% fee but their customer service is non existent

What is another inexpensive option? I prefer somewhere that can auto stake but it's not a deal breaker as I have a cold wallet and will transfer to it every few months
