for 1 printer from Lexmark, there is 25 warranty options.... what the hell? I'm not selling your shit. if picking the best warranty upgrade is confusing, everything else about it will be confusing and not worth the effort. migitage how much garbage services your selling, and maybe you'll sell some. instead, I purposely avoid even looking at it because it's just a mess of bullshit companies need to actually try using their services client side to see how garbage they really are. |
