There’s no such thing as free healthcare. Theres tax-funded healthcare. And it’s has great ROI for taxpayers, and far better health for patients. Far better than the for-profit system in the United States.

Agreed. I believe using the term free is both misleading and gives ammunition to the opposition by injecting the stigma of freeloading to it.
