For those who diagnosed later on in life (like me), does masking come easier to you? I find masking so easy, but the burnout so exhausting. I used to burnout and shutdown so easily when I had my periods, hint the questions for the girls/women. I find stimming hard to do because we have been to act normal in public, and girls/women can't get "autism." |
