The former Spirit Gas station at NW Market St and 24th Ave NW is for sale for $4.8 million, with the property marketed for redevelopment.

Ecology records show gasoline and benzene contamination above state cleanup levels in both soil and groundwater. Other petroleum-related contamination has also been found above cleanup levels in the soil, while methyl tertiary-butyl ether, or MTBE, a gasoline additive, has been confirmed above cleanup levels in groundwater. Lead and diesel have also been detected at the property but are listed as below state cleanup levels.
