Hi. Not a woman, but i drew a picture of a sasquatch, but as a lil guy.

I also started to crochet my kiddos toy a hat out of my yarn scraps.

I've been making a lot of birds.

Last Saturday I prepared a birthday dinner for my little sister.

She specifically requested my Spicy Chicken Egg Fried Rice for dinner as well as a "Sopapilla Cheesecake" for dessert.

I did not know what "Sopapilla Cheesecake" is, so naturally I searched for a recipe and was disappointed to find only recipes for "Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars".

I double checked with her, and she did clarify that she wanted the bars, but her request had already started the bug in my brain buzzing about what a proper Sopapilla Cheesecake would entail.

I made both for her.

I did a batch of the Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars per a good recipe I found, and then I pulled my own cheesecake recipe out and crammed the two together to make a proper Sopapilla Cheesecake just as I'd imagined it before I started searching. I also added a cinnamon honey ribbon through the cake because my best memories of eating Sopapillas as a child include drizzling honey over them before devouring.

It's the best Cheesecake I ever made.

Just a heads up that they cost money, but there are plenty of free ones on there, too.

There is no recipe yet. I threw it together on vibes and made two major mistakes that I'll need to find a fix for before I can call it a recipe. Still came out really good, but I'm not satisfied that it's a working recipe yet.

Made some postcards from some of my own paintings for an upcoming solo exhibitio. Today I will be making some stickers (also from my own work) to pass around at a book club. I am nervouss but excited.

I've been relearning HTML after discovering neocities.org so of course I need to make a bunch of GIFs that mimic old flash on websites!

I hope it was/is going to be greatly received!
