IF there was ever due process, seems like that video should void the arrest. It’s not nothing.

Yeah, no. Americans seems to like to talk big about their 2nd amendment, but in these situations where their (spurious) intepretation of it seems more fitting than ever, noone seems ready to exercise that right.

As if the whole amendment is just a bunch of hot air.

Weeelllll. You know. Maybe don’t argue with them. Private property does not matter. Laws don’t matter. At this point you basically have two options:

1. get your shotgun, point it at them. As soon as one draws their gun, you shoot.
2. stay clear of them. If they say “back up”, you back up. It does not matter at this point who is lawful and who isn’t. If this is going to the court, no matter where, chances are that you will get indicted for various reasons and your case looks automatically weak as fuck. So just film everything, give them space, tell them to get fucked and off your property, press charges afterwards.

Stick to one of both plans. Everything else is useless.
