French civil servant drugged us to make us urinate on ourselves, say accusers

She felt uncomfortable telling Nègre that she wanted return to the office to use the toilet, so told him she was cold as an excuse to go back to the building. But she says he walked away, guiding them towards the banks of the River Seine, so she told him she needed to find a toilet urgently.

"He looked me right in the eye and said, 'Oh, do you need a wee?'

"I felt like a child. I thought it was really weird the way he looked at me, almost gleeful."

She says he directed her to the door of a storage cupboard under a bridge on the Seine and said: "You can do it here."

Now, Anaïs is one of nearly 250 women who believe Nègre drugged them in alleged incidents between 2009 and 2018, subjecting them to what is known as chemical submission, where drugs are used to gain control over someone.

She says Nègre told her that he knew of a public toilet nearby, but when they arrived at the location there was no toilet.

"I was really starting to suffer… pains to the point that I was white, pale, I had tears streaming down," she says.

Marie-Hélène says she had no choice but to urinate in public. She says Nègre offered to shield her with his jacket.

"I was terribly embarrassed," she says. "He didn't take his eyes off me."

Marie-Hélène says that for years she felt ashamed.

Like Anaïs, she was also contacted by police who told her she was among Nègre's alleged victims. "It was a very big shock," she adds.

Like with most rapists, it's all about power and control and humiliation.

People outside of the US love to sneer and look down on us for electing a rapist pedophile. It's the entire fucking world that is run by rapists like these.

It is now 15 years since Anaïs's encounter with Nègre and seven years since she first spoke to police.

Like many of the other accusers, she is frustrated at the length of time it is taking for Nègre's case to come to court.

Meanwhile, the alleged perpetrator has continued to work in human resources, according to Fondation des Femmes, a women's rights group that is supporting about 30 of the women affected.

He still works in HR as well.

Yep. And yet there's a persistent belief that feminism has gone too far in favor of women's rights. It hasn't nearly gone far enough.

Not anywhere near as much as in the USA. Nor as high up, like at the very top level of elected politicians.

There may be some fucked up inbred royalty in Europe, and the French have always been kinda rape-y, but even this guy is just a civil servant and not an elected politician. There is no European or Asian Epstein level scandal that I have ever heard of. Have you? Strong accusations require strong evidence. Until that it’s just conspiracy theory.

Anaïs says police told her they found a spreadsheet of the alleged victims on Nègre's computer, entitled Experiments P, which was how they found her.

The document, she says, noted the time the women arrived for their interviews, when the diuretic was administered, how long it took before they urinated, and what underwear they were wearing.

What the actual fuck

Came to post this same quote. It’s really astounding how many criminals record their crimes and (not in this case but often) publish them.

Have you met a civil servant? Does it look like they run the world? And he also wasn’t elected.

Uhm… can you at least try to read the comment you reply to? I specifically mentioned fucked up royalty in Europe.

And they still aren’t elected. Nor are they politicians. Nor do they actually run a country.

Also, please calm the fuck down. I’m disagreeing with your conspiracy theory. I’m not attacking you personally.

Edit to your edit: I never said it wasn’t a big deal because it seems to happen more often in France. You’re just trying to build a straw man here.

Period.

Yeah that’s not how that works. Like I said: strong accusations need strong evidence. This is not evidence at all.

I read this story in some french paper a few months ago, I was stunned and shocked. Can you imagine putting someone in such a position of vulnerability? Just drugging someone on its own, but then premeditating the whole walk so that there's no toilet nearby, that's some fucked up shit.

Negro denotes 'black' in Spanish and Portuguese, derived from the Latin word niger, meaning 'black'

the USA slavers used the derogatory (or pejorative) diminutive (removed) to belittle and dehumanize the black slaves that Spanish and Portuguese slavers sold to them.

He's still in an HR role. He's been preying on women for decades. This doesn't happen unless the culture is permissive of it.

The entirety of this paragraph is dismissive. You clearly haven't lived in the world as a woman to be perfectly honest.

Civil servants literally work for the government. To say that this guy was allowed to operate like this for decades but it's not a reflection of the government or the country is wild.

More general statements that don’t mean anything, still not even weak evidence for your strong accusation.

Aaaand more logical fallacies. You clearly haven’t got any evidence for whatever claim you’re making, to be perfectly honest.

Where is the European Epstein scandal then? The Asian? The Australian?

You elected a fascist sex offender into your most important office. Don’t drag the rest of the world into this just because having elected him —twice even— makes you feel bad. Or tell me, who is the European or Asian Trump?

Yes, sexual assault happens everywhere, but no, there is no evidence that the rest of the world is ruled by sex offenders as well.

Yeah, no.

Police abuse INCIDENTS happen all over the world, yes, but the US police forces are the only ones (in Democratic countries anyways) where abuse isnjist standard operating procedure.

Other countries too may have incidents with rape and abuse and abuse of minors, but again, the US seems to have made all that a past time hobby of sorts. I recall a sub reddit specifically for posts about Republican government employees at all levels being child rapists. There were daily posts.

The world can't really hold a candle to the USA in that matter

Also not in school shootings, come to think of it

Or just shootings in general

There are many rapists in positions of power around the world. Rape is about power. And people who seek positions of power often abuse those positions.

We live in a world dictated by patriarchy. This is a symptom.

Indeed it is. And that is entirely my point. Whereas it’s your top level officials all you’ve got is a few elected lower politicians and a non-elected royal inbred like I already mentioned.

A handful people are nowhere near proof of a conspiracy of:

hundreds to thousands of people involved in the coverup

… or that sexual predators have somehow worked their way to the top levels of the government in the entire world.

Give yourself and the rest of the world a break America: you elected this guy and his gang of cronies. They are by far the worst government in the western world by every other metric available. Until you provide evidence to the contrary, let’s just assume they are also the worst by this one.

Conspiracy theories about “the rest of the world is just as bad” are just helping to diminish how horrible they are, just like the “it’s both sides” tactic that MAGA uses to normalize their behaviour.

Not only that, but creating conspiracy theories about sexual assault and diminishes the inhumanity that these crimes are and diminishes the horrors that actual victims have gone through.

If you’re talking about Duterte, he is a sick fuck, but the charges of the ICC are murder and attempted murder.

There are no charges of sexual assault, trafficking or any of the other things Trump or the current US administration has proven to be guilty of.

This discussion isn’t about evil governments in general, but specifically sex crimes against women.

In case you didn't know, France speaks French, not Spanish or Portuguese.

Try calling people "nègre" over here and see for yourself.

Besides, "preto" is (AFAIK) more used than negro in Brazil. As americanised as Brazil is, I believe their own history gives them the right to adapt their own language if they wish to.

I understand that France is not Spanish.

what I said was that those words are not bad word in their own language and we should not ban words because of anther country's fucked up society.

also good for Brazilians for changing that and using another word for it because that word has intimatecultural roots in their country (biggest slave population was not USA but Brazil (almost half of them)).
so Brazil (if they want to) can use that word.
but spain doesnt have to. (but it can of course do so).

No, the name of this monster is LITERALLY the N word, not the spanish "negro", I speak spanish as well and I am aware of how it's said. Black in french is NOIR ans that's how we call someone who's black. His last name is not the spanish negro, it is the french N word. French is my mother tongue, I think I can regognize it from spanish.

Exactly. I argued with a friend of mine because of this, they've always been called that here, not as an insult, and i refuse to let American racism to ruin another thing.

Check my original reply to the guy. Black in french is NOIR. His last name is straight up the french N word, we have that too, we are perfectly capable of being racists. The rest of the world can be racist without the input of the US.

Anaïs says police told her they found a spreadsheet of the alleged victims on Nègre's computer, entitled Experiments P, which was how they found her. What the actual fuck

Experiments P
