I thought the law was pretty clear that children do not have the capacity to enter contracts, at least that's probably the one thing that was drilled to me in my business law course back in uni.

One thing I could see them saying is that by purchasing the currency she used her mom's credit card, so technically the mom agreed to the arbitration clause, but that's pretty mustache twirling levels of evil.
