Summer here in the top half of Norway is always a gamble. This year it's been almost constant rain. The worst summer in many years.

Yah, but i have to wait another 10 months on shitty rain, cold and gray for 2 months of summer. I don't think I can take it this time.

I remember lightning bugs. summer nights used to be full of them when I was a kid. haven't seen one in ages though. pretty sure they're extinct in my region.
