I’m so glad to have surrounded myself with people that support and appreciate my strengths (and criticise but accept my weaknesses)! That made me overall better but also a bit too brazen and anti-diplomatic, I know I have to taper it off when I am not within my circles.

There's certainly a time and place for it! I work with a lot of conservatives. I'm still able to maintain good, copacetic working relationships with them despite my big mouth hahaha
