Makes it pretty hardcore ig.

A silhouette of a hand raising an AK-47 is a symbol for resistance and uprising (or militancy).

I think this is one of the weapons where it lends its fame to the name - so yeah, not really in spirit with the meme. Must have been pretty bland when created, but now it's iconic.
