so i got an email this morning reminding me to renew and they told me not to look at the breakdown. they told me "just donate and move on." but I looked.

these screenshots are proof that the "means of production" are heavily skewed toward one developer over another. someone get lenin on the phone, because this distribution of wealth is a joke. i’m not mad, i’m just documenting history for the proletariat uprising.

Could you give us any less context 😄

From who?

Did they, or are you putting words in their mouth?

Lemmy isn’t a for-profit endeavor, so allusions to capitalism are misplaced. Why the funds might be distributed that way, I haven’t the faintest idea, but I can dream up just as many benign reasons for it as I can nefarious ones.

Instead of drumming up Lemmy drama based on conjecture, you could have asked the developers directly for clarification.

WAKE UP SHEEPLE!!! you have nothing to lose but your chains!

I'm gonna miss you after you get Yezhoved

i'm too fat and too old to be conscripted like him. lol

Isn't nutomic no longer active? At least, it looks like that on my end.

Dessalines appears to be the only one still active.

You should wake up really, just email the devs and ask them why

i should have put this in the shitposting community because that's what this post was -- none of it was meant to be serious.
