They look nothing alike. What you're experiencing is the 'other race effect'. It is not racist, it's a psychological phenomenon - one you should be aware of instead of trying to act like you didn't just make a mistake. The more you try to defend your mistake, the closer you get to actually being racist.

I would very much say based on the picture you posted that Keanu and the dude in bottom right look similar, and Momoa and Depp as well. So I’d absolutely say they look alike. In the original pic, I didn’t say that she looked like Denzel, or Chaka khan, or any other black person. Specifically early Michael. I get the other race thing is indeed a natural occurrence. But that’s not what’s behind this. What’s behind this is that that lady looks like early Michael Jackson in the pics provided. If you disagree, that’s your opinion. Got some overtime by staying over onto dayshift this morning because the unit secretary wasn't there to take the patients down for procedures like usual (small hospital, no dedicated transport techs). Normally when she is there, PACU will call and be like "hey can you have the pt down by XX:XX" and she almost universally says "they'll be down at 7:30" and hangs up the phone without further comment. Beautiful bitch just causally tells the OR what's happening every morning she works. Court too for involuntary hold patients (psychiatry). We love her.
