According to the link that's the updated version.

The fixes are available in Plex Media Server 1.43.3

This isn't a new update; they've discovered bugs in the previous version. If you're already up to date, you don't need to do anything.

So the ultra important updated version has been out since a month. That is not good information politics. Black hats always check deltas between releases.
