Pat McManus wrote a lot of shorts stories that are just dripping with sarcasm. Not sure if thats what you're looking for but I enjoy them.

@the_riviera_kid Not generally big on short stories, but if they're dripping with sarcasm I might reconsider 😁

If it makes you feel better he also has a series about a detective that is also 100% unserious but I personally don't find those as entertaining as his short stories. The short stories share characters so they are more like slices of life in one cohesive universe.
