The idea that B.C. might somehow "be the 51st state" is not a concept worthy of being dignified by denying it on an official sign at the border. |

It's so sad to see Canada engage with Trump's rhetoric this way. They're just feeding in to his hands at this point. You can't "nuh-uh!" a troll. You can ignore them but I get that that feels dangerous. The other option is to slap them down so hard they forget what words are. Trump is already demented so it wouldn't take much. |
