Like I get the point you're trying to make, but isn't terrorism inherently flashy and designed to get attention, whereas oil polluters try to keep a low profile and stop people from noticing?

Like you could call it mass murder, but they kind of go out of their way to avoid creating terror and panic around it, which means that it's not really terrorism, is it?

I think they meant capitalism.

The title text references fossil fuels specifically though, in addition to the picture showing an oil spill.

There's nothing really anti-capitalist about it, it could be corporate propaganda in a solar punk capitalist society.
