Secondary school is high school for those unfamiliar with the term.

Every kid is different, some want, or need more guidance to keep from doing harm to themselves or others (frankly, the stupid ones, no matter how much we like to pretend there aren't any stupid kids), others are responsible enough to nearly be let off the leash at 13 or 14. And, a few even earlier than that.
