I'm pretty sure it's legal to destroy a tank when it's attacking you

And yet nobody bats an eye when your shell disappears without leaving even a scratch if it ever hits a tiny irregularity or bump on the armor like a view port or gun port.

Seriously, the Tiger tank's driver viewport is the strongest part of its armor.

I live in America and can tell you that's not true when police are th ones driving the tanks
