Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.

I like the rules of !thelittlethings@lemmy.cafe better because it explicitly disallows schadenfreude, but !littlewins@lemmy.blahaj.zone seems more active lately. What should we do, do we want to keep them separate (after all, different rules) or consolidate in an effort to avoid having so many communities across the Fediverse that lose activity and die?

I also posted an equivalent thread to https://piefed.zip/c/thelittlethings@lemmy.cafe/p/1815231/this-community-and-littlewins-lemmy-blahaj-zone
