I think I'm overeating again... I need to get myself under control. My weight is fine, and I feel strong and healthy, which is good... But I really don't want to balloon again. I need to keep myself in check. It's hard, but I've gotta make an effort! I've done it before, so I'll do it again. In other news, things are advancing at my PhD and at work. It's a little nerve-wracking, but I guess it's fine. As long as I keep going and doing my stuff, I think it'll all turn out fine. I hope so, anyway. I wore my corduroy pants again... I feel like I've been doing that a little too much. I'll wear my dark corduroy pants tomorrow, instead. |
