This article is really talking-up oxygen quite a bit.

Oxygen is a hell of a gas. One atom is so reactive, it'll bond with another atom of oxygen first. O2 will oxidize just about everything while O3 is mad enough to start attacking some rubbers and plastics.

Don't get me wrong! I actually love the stuff, but people should just start calling a spade a spade. It's brutal relationship we have with that oxygen stuff and I ain't going to talk about it like it's a cute little puppy.
