Who will be paying this insurance? The victims or those who caused it?

So one singular company, with 1 (and a half; their second complex isn't built yet) datacenters is using France's 'low carbon' (not renewable) grid.

Expected to be using up 1.4 Gigawatts of power.

About 10% of the entire power consumption in Iceland.
