It's my birthday and I just paid 11.12 € customs fee for a 5 £ arts magazine. Highly infuriating... At least my partner and dog are coming over tonight and tomorrow we'll celebrate with some of my friends. |

I feel much better with my body after changing my diet and doing more workout. I used to follow low-carb diet which ruined my lipids. Now I actually eat oats even though some youtubers claim oats are poison. Do not trust influencers. Look up reputable research and meta anlaysis. |
