Yup. I loved the game and have been waiting for a sequel but fuck Sony, so this announcement might as well not exist for me.

It's not exclusive though. They'll probably release it on PC later, just like they did with the first game.

I don't see any indication Sony own or funded this. It's probably not releasing on other platforms for lack for funding or any similar reason.
