Goddam techno-fascist propaganda. They want to make their threaing standard to make us buy their hoses and make our industry fall. They won’t tells how to thread our hoses.

There's a handful of Chicago suburbs that use a 5" pumper on the hydrant instead of a 5 1/4" pumper. Most fire fire departments around there have a few fittings on each truck but, always a surprise when you forget.
