How and when do you all find time to read?

I've always read on and off but now have come to a realization that it should be done daily.

For me, I try to read for 30m-1h but I usually run out of time and haven't scheduled a time dedicated for reading, maybe it's just that.
I don't see reading as part of my personality, but I see the power that one has when it comes to acquiring knowledge and experiences through books.

What are your thoughts? And restating the main question:
