RetroFed

Welcome to the nostalgia-filled piefed instance of yesteryear.

Open Registration with Application questionnaire.

If you have a question or comment you can post in !meta@retrofed.com or message @DosDude@retrofed.com or @Die4Ever@retrofed.com

In case of downtime and/or emergency, we will post updates on @DosDude@mastodon.social

Some rules we try to uphold:

  • Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
  • Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.
  • Please don't upload pornographic content. (use an external image host for that)

!sanitation@lemmy.today who posted daily says hi.

Typical Lemmy mods - why even run a community? Do you want 1 post a week?

you just handed your readers back to reddit.

Games not gaming, but I've had so many posts removed for "low effort". What an arbitrary bar. Ironically most of the things I posted I made myself.

We remove something because it doesn't pass the smell test. You don't DM the mod staff asking for a review? We're human. Maybe it was a mistake.

Instead you nuke your old account, create an alt (ban evasion), and throw a hissy fit?

Bye, Felecia.
