Can't shut down as there's a process running. Have to complete this task first! |

I've managed to learn how to "just relax". Not sure if it will work for someone else, but it works for me: If I need to relax I just need to hit the gym for an hour or two doing intense exercise. When I get home after that, I'm so tired that the brain needs to operate at 100% to just stay awake until dinner time. Keeps it from thinking about other stuff... sometimes. |

That sounds like overexerting yourself as an avoidance mechanism rather than “relaxing,” but hey if it works for you more power to ya |

I wish I could relax on my own. Unfortunately I'm still reliant on weed for that. |

I know this is a joke, but spamming the power button isn't the way to force a shutdown. You need to hold it down until it powercycles, though this is equivalent to removing the power source and can corrupt data and damage older hard disk drives. |

When someone is panicking they don't always thinking straight. Also pressing it once will often cause a prompt to appear asking if you wish to turn off the device. |

How does one actually relax when constantly extremely stressed out by basic daily tasks? Asking for a friend |
