Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.

In Metropia, a gigantic city in an alternate future as seen from 1939, private eye Raymond Gunn (Sam Rockwell) and his alien companion Eyera (Tom Waits) are making a living on the edge of society, delving into secrets that some people would rather keep hidden away. After accepting a sleazy spy job related to pop-star Venus Nova (Scarlett Johansson), Gunn finds himself drawn into a murder mystery unlike any case he’s taken.

A decades-long passion project by director Brad Bird (The Incredibles, The Iron Giant).
