Other than pretty much every outlet bending the knee in fear of lawyer retaliation, the fact that the settlements stated that "this is not evidence that sexual harassment did not happen" says everything.

Here's to hoping Kotick gets his fortune stolen by a gold digger, since we can't expect the US govt to do anything.
