It's probably because the instance is hexbear, a notorious pro-dictatorship / tankie instance, so many other instances are not federated with them.

I do however welcome these challenges, maybe we could have some here on artshare? Like a monthly challenge!

Oh I do know Hexbear, but my instance does federate with it in general. I also looked while logged out to see if it was me personally that was blocked, but still nothing. I figure that that person has domain-blocked my instance
