According to WSJ, Trump has moved away from schizophrenic coin flip to decide between world peace and annihilating Iran towards bombing them after mid terms. Worrying implications and call for action

I previously interpreted the schizophrenic coin flip decision process between "crazy and rational" as an obvious ploy to come up with rational in the end, there is beyond crazy evil, in publicly siding with evil without justification beyond a mental coin flip result, there are may issues ranging from stupid to idiocy in revealing the thirst for evil.

  1. annihilation 6 weeks from now, telegraphs to Iran, justification to pre-emptively escalate and raise oil price to $150 or more, along with diesel/gasoline extra premium pricing. It means that a market manipulation negotiation process is to be even less trusted than they've been complaining was always a charade.

  2. There's an obvious disregard for improving US economy prior to midterms, if significant worsening is promised after midterm unless war powers restrictions or impeachment is invoked. If US had the capacity to prevent Iran retaliations, it would have done so already.

  3. An important aside, all wars never improve Americans lives, and divert deficits towards evil instead of help and prosperity, but this one is destroying entire global economy. Oil product prices, and national solvency crisis that threatens housing values is direct harm in additon to the invisible theft of paying for the harm.

  4. if post mid term bombing, means anihilation/hell, means multiple nuclear strikes on Iran, there is regional pollution, and international redlines broken. Trump has promised an end of the war after mid terms, but big expensive strikes with conventional weapons don't do it, and even multiple airburst nuclear strikes, don't prevent retaliations. China can't permit weakness/corruption charges against Xi for backing down against its "negotiation advice".

Actions to take:

  • Americans: vote for Dems. Impeachment or war powers constraints. Demand war powers constraints from you politiicians now. 25th amendment (incapacity) is a pure cabinet role, that can't happen with sycophants, but this is 25th amendment level crazy/unstable/dementiaed level arguments to constrain a narcissist from destroying America without basic military/economist advice.

  • Nato colonies: threaten to expel US from NATO. People protest their leaders to do so. Europe, after non-Chinese Asia faces the most economic damage from extreme oil/products scarcity. Cheering on Ukraine to make it worse is part of point 3 above.

  • UK, and any other air bases: revoke US military flight rights from UK itself and Diego Garcia.. Protest your rulers to do so.

Annihilation of Iran is an Israeli objective. It doesn't help any American, but it can help Israel target Turkey next. There is no path to not destroying significant global infrastructure, and shifting even loyal puppets away from US respect.

Please dont use the word schizophrenic this way. It's not synonymous with crazy and it has nothing to do with Trump's self-interested foreign policy.

Schizophrenic:

  1. adjective Of, relating to, or affected with schizophrenia.
  2. adjective Of, relating to, or characterized by the coexistence of disparate or antagonistic elements.

I’d be more inclined to believe OP is discussing the latter, though maybe OP can clarify

I'm not expert on classifications, and more obscure precision would detract from headline/text, but...

there is a serious mental illness involved in setting up a war escalation vs withdrawal decision as that "antagonistic elements" in one persons head. The first time he brought up the meme, he explicitly set it up as a crazy decision making process with "you never know with me."

If its just a cute way to save face by making the (peace) outcome obvious to anyone who knows game theory to avoid talking about defeat before mid terms, then that's just cute. No longer cute when telegraphing self/national harm as the outcome. When there is no input from experts on the costs of doubling down on defeat, and only the art of the deal "always project victory" and do so even louder when defeat is extreme, the country/constitution itself is broken, and military needs to do a coup.

Military review of the suitability for office is appropriate. Despite any rationale for making Israeli objectives, US military ones, no matter the cost to the US, it is a clear strategic mistake to telegraph the move, destroying any Iranian trust in a negotiating process to prepare for yet another treacherous surprise deception, and in setting up any coalition building propaganda (black flag) event, to get coalition to support global economic/environmental destruction, and their own self harm.

US military needs to depose Trump/cabinet before any orders are given to carry out "annihilation". Israel first bipartisanship, makes Israel an enemy occupier of US, and cooperating politicians, domestic enemies. Netanyahu's 5x bigger version of Epstein files is coercive control over American politicians/establishment class. Democracy is an impotent solution, when the process is rigged, and state media promotes its participants.

Military control over US, as blue print for new constitution/democracy is only path to staving off collapse and more Israeli wars.

I agree, and while not American, my understanding is that the military actually takes an oath to the constitution. Blatant disregard should be more than under review, it should be their obligation to take some sort of action. The president, being the commander in chief, should be held to the same standards of all military personnel. Acting against the constitution, my guess, would be grounds for a court-martial. Public justice isn’t enough, and by showing the state of the SCOTUS can even be ignored by the commander so is woefully insufficient to hold any accountability. A letter of the law should be made and upheld by those service members who are trusted with upholding their constitution. The American public spends a lot on military, it shouldn’t be a pipe dream to actually derive protections in a meaningful way.

The reality of bombing brown folks to ensure an abstract belief that American/Western values must stay salient is not helping no one no where. Why not actually protect your people with concrete solutions to real domestic issues?

Oh yea, money…

The constitution is no threat to the US government. Despite the oath of "enemies, foreign or domestic", its technically obedience to whoever president says is and is not an enemy. Military coups never concern themselves with constitutions, which all include clauses that prevent the disobedience of a coup. The military will not launch a successful court case pleading the right to kill every last of the motherfuckers in the white house. It will just do or do not. An existential threat to the United States and the prosperity/sustainability of the nation's people, is reason to stop a madman surrounded by sycophants from pursuing national suicide. A plurality of politicians supportive of Israel supremacism, and America(ns) are a sacrifice the Farquat/Mossad Epstein coalition are willing to make is an imperative for military intervention in US governance.
